Kate's Vinyasa flows are inspired by her studied practice as a Yin Yoga teacher for over 3 years as well as the classical Ashtanga Hatha Vinyasa style adopted from her late teacher Suzanne Marotta of Karma Yoga as well as a variety of other instructors whom she has practiced under for over 13 years.
